Friends how can keep you healthy for life

Sometimes, it is not easy to stay in touch with friends and family members away, but there is every reason in the world to do so. Not only make friendships tight and strong family offer an emotional connection, research shows when we have close links, especially with the optimistic friends, we are more likely to take better care of ourselves, to feel less to pointed out - even live longer.

A Brigham Young University in Utah research team examined 148 studies that followed the social interactions and the health of the 308,849 people on an average of 7.5 years. From these, they worked on how mortality rates varied according to the sociable how a person was. Their conclusion? Being alone and isolated was equivalent to be an alcoholic, was more damaging that does not, has been twice as harmful as obesity and had the negative impact of health smoking 15 cigarettes a day.
